1. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services offered by MYASTROSTORE:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
2. Digital Products
For digital products purchased from MYASTROSTORE:
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in cases where the product is proven to be defective or significantly different from what was advertised. Such claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Physical Products
For physical merchandise or products:
- Return Period: You may return unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (for physical products), or your refund request is approved (for digital products):
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Currency: All refunds will be processed in the original currency of the purchase.
5. Cancellation of Services
For scheduled services:
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
